5. Are this true to size ?
Our cloth are all made by size chart, and run true size, but there would have around 0.5-1 inches size difference due to different manual measurement.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?
1, We ship worldwide, we send dresses by DHL, UPS, CNE, Fedex, Special Airline and other ways
Rush order: within 5-12 days or even earlier.
Normal order: within 20 days (From May to Dec)
Around 5-20 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season, so produce time will be a little long.

7. Cancellation Policy
We know that it is very important for you to order a suit for your special occasion. However, we will process the order as soon as payment received. Once the tailoring process has begun, there will be Labor Costs and Material Costs.
  1. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
  2. Please contact us at support@wehilion.com in 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll get a full refund after canceling the order.
  3. Within 24-72 hours, you will get 70% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund.
  4. More than 72 hours, you will get 50% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your suits.
  5. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (However, we will be more than happy to assist you with the return of your item once you have received it.)

Yes! Wehilion provides free shipping for orders over $89 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping and ship your orders from the warehouse closest to your location. Currently, we operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe to ensure faster delivery. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from another location at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

30-Day Free Returns:
