If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you now have 30 days to return them with a money-back guarantee.


Returns Policy

Our return policy has been extended to 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we currently do not provide return shipping labels.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

It's important to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in the original package may be subject to a partial refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for returns:

  • Products must include all accessories.
  • Items must be in the original packaging (open boxes and bags are acceptable).

The following situations are NOT eligible for return:

  • Exceeding the 30-day money-back guarantee period;
  • Non-quality-related issues;
  • Free gifts or promotional products;
  • Products that have been repaired or modified by a third party;
  • Damage caused by external factors or improper use
    (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water damage, incorrect operation, etc.);
  • Purchases made from unauthorized resellers.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
  • Damaged/Wrong Products: If you received damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Customer remorse: If you purchased the wrong product or wish to exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return

  1. Email our customer service at support@wehilion.com to request an exchange/return.
  2. Our customer service representative will email you the return/exchange instructions and address. Please follow these instructions and, if possible, provide photos as return documentation.
  3. You will receive a refund or have your exchange processed within one week after we receive your package. We'll email you once we’re processing your refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a set number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Most banks take up to 14 business days to complete the refund process.
If the time frame has passed and your refund still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@wehilion.com and provide your Authorization Number to your bank.


Additional Notes

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Shipping

Yes! Wehilion provides free shipping for orders over $89 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping and ship your orders from the warehouse closest to your location. Currently, we operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe to ensure faster delivery. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from another location at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Warranty

30-Day Free Returns:

We are pleased to offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • For international orders, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once shipped.

1-Year Warranty:

We proudly offer a 1-year satisfaction warranty on all products. If you encounter any issues within one year of purchase, our team is here to help.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Please expect your bank to process the refund within 7-21 business days after we have received the returned items.

We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Returned products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged to qualify.

For returns within the United States, a fee of $19.99 is deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
